HICAP (the Health Insurance Counseling & Advocacy Program) provides free and objective information and counseling about Medicare.

HICAP Volunteer Counselor, Ms. Muriel Smalheiser, will speak about what's new in Medicare for 2020. She will cover topics such as:

• Do you know that the annual Medicare open enrollment period?
• Advantage Plan changes
• Premium changes
• Are there new plans? Which health care plans are leaving?
• Do you have a stand alone drug plan? Will all your medications be covered?
• Is your current plan the best, most affordable plan for you?
