Atul Gawande, author of the
Being Mortal, presents
"The Value of Community and Choice as We Grow Older"
Monday, September 25, 2017
You're invited to attend this live-streamed event, presented by Beacon Hill Village in Boston and hosted locally by Clayton Valley Village. Beacon Hill was the first senior village in the U.S., founded 15 years ago; it launched the Village Movement which promotes aging in community. BHV plans not only to celebrate their 15th Anniversary, but to celebrate the 15 years of the Village Movement, as well. Villages have been making an impact throughout the world since 2002, and all those involved agree February 13 is a momentous occasion. February snowed in in Boston, now rescheduled for September.
