As the headwater of the Feather River, Sierra Valley is a magnet for birds, and the surrounding mountains provide additional habitats. Award-winning photographer Bob Lewis has led birding trips there for over 20 years, and he'll show you some of the birds and creatures that inhabit one of his favorite birding spots.
Bob has taught birding classes in the Bay Area for over 25 years and served as the chair of Golden Gate Audubon's Adult Education Committee. He's photographed birds in more than 40 countries, and his life list is over 5,000 species.
