Come on the 1st & 3rd Thursdays of the month to enjoy a gentle, energizing class with Tai Chi movements. Classes are taught by Carolyn Lee in the style of Professor Cheng Man-Ch'ing.
Beginners are welcome at this free program for adults, no registration is required.
Sessions are held inside the library, in Hoyer Hall
