On May 3rd, 1974 Bev and Skip Ipsen opened Skipolini's Pizza in Clayton. Over the past three and a half decades, communities have changed and Skip's has grown, but the philosophy behind their business has never wavered; to provide high quality food in a unique, family friendly environment, at affordable prices.
