A Beginner’s Guide to ChatGPT & Smart Tools

Artificial Intelligence is rapidly changing how we work, learn, and communicate—but understanding it doesn’t have to be complicated.

This interactive online session, led by French’nette Bryant (AI Consultant | ORAI), introduces the fundamentals of AI literacy with a focus on real-life, practical use. Participants will learn how to use tools like ChatGPT to support everyday tasks such as writing, research, organization, and creative projects.

This session is designed especially for beginners, seniors, job seekers, and community members who want to feel more confident navigating today’s digital world.

Participants will learn:

What AI is (in simple, clear terms)
How to use AI tools safely and effectively
Real-life examples for work, business, and personal use
Tips for responsible and ethical AI usage
No technical background is required.
