Millions of people worldwide live with depression, which can affect both physical and mental health. Along with care from health professionals, meditation may offer additional support in reducing some of the effects of depression.
When we meditate, we may find a calm center within ourselves. Meditation can help us cope with life’s challenges and rest in a state of peace. It may also help people who want to prevent or manage depression find more joy and happiness in their lives. Join Arvind Naik for this powerful workshop, which will include a chance to practice a time-tested meditation technique.
